A man is recovering after he was assaulted inside a Southeast D.C. apartment building.
It happened just before midnight Sunday inside an apartment on 46th Street near Benning Road in the Benning Ridge neighborhood.
D.C. police tell 海角社区app they responded to reports of a physical altercation and believe the man was hit in the back of the head with a gun.
The man is expected to be OK.
Police have been looking for three men wearing masks, black shirts and jeans.
