WASHINGTON 鈥� A bicyclist in Fairfax County who went for a ride Thursday afternoon remembered to wear a helmet 鈥� but apparently left his pants at home.
A 63-year-old woman, who was walking in a park near the 5000 block of Wakefield Chapel Road in Annandale, Virginia, told police she saw a naked man riding his bike in the park at about 3:44 p.m. Thursday, according to the Fairfax County Police Department . The woman said the man, who she described as white and in his 40s with brown hair, had a shirt covering his face and was wearing a helmet.
Police said they investigated the incident.
