Retired Gen. Kelly to be nominated as homeland security secretary

WASHINGTON — Retired Marine Gen. John Kelly is expected to be nominated as Secretary of Homeland Security, CBS º£½ÇÉçÇøapp reports.

Kelly, 66, retired in February as chief of the U.S. Southern Command.

He has served more than 40 years in the military.
