WASHINGTON – You wouldn’t expect newspapers to turn heads at the 海角社区appeum.

But when one of the visitors is wearing them, they just might.

Fifteen-year-old Jennifer Tran got quite a bit of attention recently when she toured the 海角社区appeum in a homemade dress made entirely of copies of The Washington Post and The New York Times.

Tran even made the 海角社区appeum’s Facebook page. The McLean High School student tells she made the dress as a Halloween costume last fall and was glad to get one more use out of it.
