WASHINGTON – Who is crankier in the morning – men or women?
The Sleep Council, located in Great Britain, put this question to a study a few years ago.
The result? Women in the morning. Their moods also last longer than their male counterparts.
In the study, 24 percent of the men said they never wake up grumpy. Only 14 percent of the women who participated in the study said grumpiness is not a part of their morning routine.
