WASHINGTON – Both directions of New York Avenue NE at Bladensburg Road are now open after an earlier accident.
The seven car crash had closed both directions of New York Avenue NE in front of the Washington Times building.
D.C. Police say at least 18 people are injured. Several have been transported to area hospitals, but others are refusing transport.
