WASHINGTON – Washington Nationals outfielder Bryce Harper is no longer a rookie, but he’s still reaching franchise milestones.
Harper will be only the second Nats player ever featured on the cover of Sports Illustrated when the magazine’s Feb. 25 issue hits newsstands on Wednesday. Pitcher Stephen Strasburg graced the front page in 2010.
