WASHINGTON – It’s been a year since Vi Ripken, the mother of Orioles great Cal Ripken Jr., was abducted at gunpoint from her home and driven around for more than 23 hours before being released unharmed.
Police still haven’t solved the case and are once again asking for the public’s help.
Police in Aberdeen, Md., have released no additional details or a motive in the case.
