WASHINGTON – A team from Loudoun County has won the Babe Ruth Baseball World Series for 13- to 15-year-olds.
The Loudoun County youths beat out nine other teams – including one from Greater Vienna – in the , held Aug. 17-24 in Loudoun County. They beat a team from Westchester, Calif., 8-3, in the title game on Saturday.
