Meth lab at Red Roof Inn busted

WASHINGTON — Call it a local version of “Breaking Bad.”

Police in Manassas, Virginia, say they’ve arrested three people suspected of
operating a methamphetamine lab at the Red Roof Inn off of Interstate 66.

Authorities say the drug was being made inside a motel room and being sold
to others who were staying there.

Police arrested James Kiger, 45, of no fixed address. He’s charged with the
manufacture of methamphetamine.

Samuel Hoak, 21, of Manassas, Virginia, is charged with manufacturing
methamphetamine.

Lindsey Elizabeth Rengstorff, 24, of Bowling Green, Virginia, is charged with
possession.

The three are due in court in Jan. 9, PotomacLocal reports.
