WASHINGTON — Five people were stabbed inside McFadden’s Restaurant and Saloon聽 in northwest Washington, according to Metropolitan Police.
Police say the incident happened inside the popular bar聽on Pennsylvania Avenue near the George Washington University campus聽 just after 12:30 a.m. on Saturday.
The father of one of the victims told WJLA that the victims grew up together and were at the bar celebrating a birthday. The victims suffered serious injuries but all are expected to survive.
Police say no arrests have been made but an聽 investigation is underway.
