WASHINGTON — Hollywood’s biggest聽power couple appears to be聽finished.
A lawyer tells the Associated Press that聽Angelina Jolie has聽filed for divorce from Brad Pitt.
Jolie filed legal documents on Monday citing irreconcilable differences.
She is reportedly asking for custody of their six children聽but is requesting visitation rights for Pitt.
The couple began dating in 2004, after Pitt ended his high-profile romance with Jennifer Aniston, creating a new Hollywood power couple known in the press as “Brangelina.”
They were married in August of 2014, instantly becoming Hollywood royalty.
Jolie reportedly lists their date of separation as Sept. 15, 2016.
