There is a new directive in Maryland when it comes to carrying a gun. Governor Larry Hogan issued a directive for the Maryland State Police to essentially ignore a law on the books that restricts 鈥榗oncealed carry鈥� in the state. We talk to Dr. Cassandra Crifasi, the Deputy Director of the Johns Hopkins Center for Gun Violence Prevention and Policy, about what this means for Maryland.
