NBA concludes its investigation of Antetokounmpo-Bucks injury dispute, AP source says

MILWAUKEE (AP) 鈥 The NBA鈥檚 into the dispute between Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks regarding the two-time MVP鈥檚 injury status has concluded with a determination that no further action is warranted under the circumstances, a person familiar with the situation said Tuesday.

We look forward to collaborating with the NBA on meaningful new proposals that will directly address and discourage tanking.鈥

Antetokounmpo had two extended absences due to calf strains this season and played a career-low 36 games as the Bucks went 32-50 to snap a string of nine straight playoff appearances. as coach the day after the Bucks鈥 final game.

We don鈥檛 know whether Giannis will stay with us or not, but we鈥檒l work through that with Giannis in the coming weeks.鈥
