US-owned French club Marseille warned by UEFA of one-year European ban and fined $11.5M

NYON, Switzerland (AP) 鈥 After a , American-owned French soccer club Marseille was threatened with a one-year ban from European competitions and fined 10 million euros ($11.5 million).
