WASHINGTON 鈥擜 man was shot and killed at an apartment complex in Stafford County, Virginia on Sunday, according to the Stafford County Sheriff鈥檚 Office.
Deputies were dispatched to of 202 Garrison Woods Drive in the Garrison Woods Apartment Complex at around 4:50 a.m. Maurice Williams Scott, 33,of Stafford County, had been shot during a fight and聽died on the way to the hospital, according to the sheriff鈥檚 office.
Deputies arrested聽Chancellor Tolliver, 20, of Stafford County, on a charge of first-degree murder.
Tolliver turned himself in Sunday, according to the sheriff’s office. He’s being held without bail at
Rappahannock Regional Jail.
