WASHINGTON 鈥斅燗t least twelve cars聽collided with聽debris from two fallen suspension towers on Baltimore’s I-695 Friday night into Saturday morning.
Maryland State Troopers got calls for wires down on the Interstate at York Road in Towson at around 12:18 a.m.
Police said聽two suspension towers fell,聽dropping ten or more large cables, along with heavy tension cables and supports,聽all across the highway on both directions.
No one was injured, and the interstate reopened around 7:30 Saturday morning.
