PHOTOS: Early Voting wins Preakness Stakes in Baltimore

The results were in, and it was Early Voting who claimed the win at the hot and humid 147th running of the Preakness Stakes in Baltimore, Maryland.

Early Voting held off the favored Epicenter after the horse’s team decided to withhold Early Voting from the Kentucky Derby on May 7.

Derby winner Rich Strike was withheld from the Preakness, removing the possibility of there being a Triple Crown winner this year, but is being considered to run in the Belmont Stakes on June 11.
