The blast was reported at the Potomac Oaks Condominium, a row of garden-style condos in the 800 block of Quince Orchard Boulevard, near Rabbitt Road, at about 8:40 a.m. Nov. 16. (Courtesy Montgomery County Fire and Rescue)
