PHOTOS: Glasses on for eclipse mania!

Eclipse mania captivated the D.C. area and the U.S. as the nation went outside in broad daylight, put on their glasses and looked up at the sky and watched the sun go from a bright round ball, to a glowing crescent, and for those in the path of totality, an incandescent ring.
