WASHINGTON —聽The Loudoun County Sheriff鈥檚 Office has ended its search for 聽a naked 31-year-old man聽in South Riding.
Police say the man was found聽 at a home near Nimbleton Square and has been taken to a hospital for treatment.
According to a release Saturday morning, Loudoun County deputies responded to the area of Nimbleton Square at around聽6:30 a.m. on a report of an adult white male who was “acting erratically and was possibly under the influence of prescription medication.” The man ran from the area and was not wearing clothes.
Members of the Loudoun County Sheriff鈥檚 Office Search and Rescue Team searched the area, with help from聽a聽Fairfax County Police Department helicopter, mid-morning.
According to police said Saturday that the man聽had聽not made any threatening statements and did聽not appear to be a threat, but they were聽concerned for his well-being.
