WASHINGTON — He’s 11 years old and on the high school varsity basketball team.
Julian Newman is only in the fifth grade, but the phenom is already playing four grade levels higher at Downey Christian School in Florida.
After hearing about Newman’s skills, “Sports Illustrated” made the trip to the Sunshine State to see the young star shine on the court.
