FALLS CHURCH, Va. (AP) — A 14-year-old boy has been arrested for sexually assaulting an 8-year-old girl in Falls Church.
Police say the victim told authorities Friday that she was assaulted twice by the same teenager. The first time, the teenager was interrupted by an adult, and ran away.
But the girl told authorities that the boy returned, and sexually assaulted her again. The victim called out, and the suspect ran away once again. But shortly after, officers located the boy and placed him under arrest.
